Very Happy with my ET

So Me and a few buddies went to Milan Dragway in Michigan last night. The Temp was a cool 60 degrees perfect for our cars.

I pulled right up after my 45min ride and my Torque app said I was at 185 degrees. I got there at 5pm and was the first one to run and ran 7 min later 3rd one to run lol still at 185.

Run 1 - 3k launch 1.71 60ft, 12.20 ET @ 110.81

Run 2 - 3k launch 1.67 60ft, 12.28 ET @ 109.72 it stuttered between 1st and 2nd shift I do not have the prv (or whatever its called) delete in the tank.

Extremely Happy with the 2 back to back runs and being consistent.

So Now my buddies show up a half hour later had the hood up to let the car cool no ice.
Runs 3 & 4 the Torque app said I was at 165 degrees 20 Degrees cooler

3rd run was 30 min later from the 2nd run and the 4th run was 50 min from the 3rd run.

Run 3 - 4k launch 1.67 60ft, 11.92 @ 112.49 Shit my pants Could not believe my eyes when I read the slip. :burnout:

So now 50 min go by and hoping my last run wasn't a fluke I go up again.

Run 4 - 4k launch 1.65 60ft, 11.99 @ 115.34 Stuttered again from 1st to second. So needless to say I had 2 very good runs and EXTREMELY HAPPY for a vert with minor bolt ons you can see in my sig.

Now just curious what I would run with a Hi flow x Pipe (still on factory cats), ported blower, 4lb lower, 2.93 pulley, JLT high flow intake?

Damn I missed you by a day, I was at Milan thursday night at my works track rental. You had better luck than me tho as my clutch took a turn for the worst lol. Last fall my ported blower car ran a best of 11.49(stock lower and a pretty weak port job). A properly setup ported blower car on good tires and at a good track should be a low 11 car for sure.

So what you run on Thursday? Im hoping low 11's don't want to spend all that money to run a 11.5 couple more tries I Might of saw a 11.89 lol But Im extremely happy with a 11.9 out of a vert

That 11.92,1.67 60 has a slow trap speed for that ET?
Damm I also noticed 03mustang92 sig that says he went 11.80/108 WTF?? I needed close to 115 in my 89GT to run 11.90's..

Thanks!!!!! Don't fear the IRS!!!! lol. I've heard heat up the DR and roll it out don't hop it. I ran 5 times no issues. the last run/5th run - 1.62 60ft but stuttered and went a 12.18 @ 110.54.

I don't know if my low trap speed is because of my 4:10? or is that a normal trap speed for our cars with that ET? The 11.99 was at 115 I thought 3 mph was a big difference?

I ran an 11.21 with a small shot, second run my clutch took a shit. Getting my blower reworked over winter along with a lower pulley and rxt and hoping for similar times without the 70 shot lol.

I think you'll deff need to either step the gear down to atleast a 3.90, or step up to a 28" tire.
