Adding the rest should get you close. That's about what I made before porting, TB and plenum.

Port, pulley, fuel system, MAF, exhaust, cold air intake and tune will get you close. I made 540 on ported and pullied Eaton. With JLT, Ford gt pumps, dual fpdm's, off road x pipe, mac cat back, ba2600, 60 lb injectors.

Parker O Lube is the best. We use it on airplanes but we use petroleum jelly on water, waste and grey water o rings.

Yeah I had to switch my 100 to a 90 with the KB and a 3.5 on it. I also had to switch one of my Metco 90s to a metco 76 (i believe) when I put the 8lb lower and 3.5 alternator pulley. The belt kept walking fwd on the lower pulley.

Looks sweet! I wish my seats had the dark inserts. For the crazy prices everyone asks for them I would rather get Recaros or Corbeaus.

I would say you jumped the gun on the long tubes and prolly lost some torque. However if you ever go to a bigger blower you will already have them. From what I've seen long tubes are not needed until 650 plus. I started with porting the Eaton. Then fuel system and IRS. Now I've redone the IRS...
That is also a picture of the metco tensioner plate. If you get a chance do some research on that piece. It keeps the tensioner from walking fwd and causing belt slip also. I never had the issue with my ported Eaton but with my KB my tensioner moves like crazy. I have one coming to solve the...
Some people have had to grind the notches because of needing a belt to be a little shorter or longer.

You want the tensioner mark as close to the middle of the notches as possible. This is so you know the tensioner putting as much tension as possible.

#ocdlife #addlife I'm in the same club. I hit a cat on the way to work one morning. Paid the extra money to have GEICOs recommended shop fix it. I can tell where it was cracked still and it kills me thinking about it. They claimed only after market nose clips were available so it was best to...
If both pumps are completely dead you have an electrical issue or fpdm. Have you tried to bypass the fpdm and see if they work? Also could be the emergency shutoff. I have never heard of both pumps completely dieing. Maybe one but not both.

Sounds like a lot of work to me. When you can just take the line loose at the filter and let the pumps in the tank do the work for you. But to each there own.

Yes sir, would not won't anyone to have that happen. I have an n2mb box so I was able to hit the clutch and the rpms went down. Thus the tb closed. Then I drove it back home and put the 2nd spring on it.

Because my blower sucked the tb open and the spring did not have enough ass to close it. It was a brand new tb so I do not believe it was malfunctioning. I use 2 Springs for that reason. If you do not want to, the don't. I am just telling you what happened to me as I was in pucker factor 10...
Got to be a reason there are 2 fpdms. Most likely it's got to be twin gt pumps. But you are gonna have to drop the tank and find out. I know I would. Also check for PPRV delete and no kinking etc. I bent tubing for all my bends just to be safe. But now I'm return so none of that mess at all...
Stud the dam thing that shit is not new.
