However it's also asinine the cop is going for all this because of dann golf cart.

If you can ride a bicycle on the road I don't see why you shouldn't be allowed to ride a quad, dirt bike, SXS or golf cart.

Tradition, within the City of PSL had been very lenient on golf carts for a long time.
4 years ago they started to enforce rules on Golf carts on public streets. Unless of course they are licensed/seatbelts/mirrors etc..

That being said, I don't think PSL police crack down on it too much unless the person is on a busy public road which Village Parkway has now become.

I drive mine on public local sideroads just outside of Tradition in PSL. Wave to cops, they wave back. But I wouldn't dare drive on busier roads with speed limits over 25mph. village parkway IIRC is either 35 or 45 and some haul ass down that road.
