I’d love to know how many chargebacks he had with PayPal and why he can’t use them anymore.
I think I used venmo. But that was last February. I wonder if I could get my money back still? Hmmm. I'm the type of guy to spend $1200+ to recover the $1200 he stole. Especially from someone like him. I wonder if it's all possible to gather all victims together and file a collective lawsuit? I have his driver's license copy, both addresses, shoot I even know where his uncle lives. His license has a different address on it. I even have his bank info still and account #s

There should be a condensed Smiegel thread with the vin/name/evidence so any unknowing buyer hopefully runs across it. Or perhaps Admins can edit the original post and add the information

He will find some way to try. The mystichrome he apparently stripped parts and screwed that guy on sale. If you notice in the videos. He will get a car sell off extra parts and more expensive things it comes with. Then list the car for a premium price missing half the stuff it came for "even though it's my dream car" he says.

Gotcha, sucks you had to go through it. Back in 2020 I was in talks with a guy from the northeast that had a SB vert with a whipple and less than 20K on the car if I remember right. I was exploring having it shipped to me sight unseen. After hearing some of these horror stories I am glad I didn't damn......
