As a Star Wars movie, it was bad and very inconsistent that followed practically nothing from TFA (or previous movies in that matter) and threw pretty much everything other than the characters to the trash.

As a stand alone movie, sure, it was entertaining, not amazing nor great, just good/ok. But the Star Wars in me, did not enjoy it.

We caught it the other night. With most movies you talk to your friends about the few really funny parts of the movie, but with that one it's nearly every scene. My eight year old lost it when the old lady did the pledge of allegiance for grace. It was his first time actually watching it I think.

The ONE scene that was supposed to be badass was just stupid. When Rey finally gives the Sabre to Luke and he's suppposed to be badass just like we all remember him being, and he just throws it over his shoulder??? Whoever wrote that scene should be punched in the nuts.

Ive seen it 100s of times and laugh at the same stupid shit every single time.
