I just bought a 2015 GT so I'm looking to sell my 1998 Cobra.
I've had the car since 2006, daily driven for a few of those years, garage kept the rest of the time.
I'm hoping to get $6500 for it.
118,800 miles
New Nitto 555s on all wheels (about 100 miles)
New battery
Fresh oil...
I need a center cap for a 1995 cobra R wheel, must fit the '95 wheel, not the 2000 wheel. I believe the part number is M-1096-M.
if anyone has one they'd be willing to sell or knows where I might be able to find one let me know or shoot me a price.
maybe its just me, but it seems like my cobra isn't making as much power as it should.
I did a pull earlier tonight from 20 mph in second gear, flooring it, it felt like a darned v6 to me.
I know I was in low rpm, but I should still be making some power.
Also, the last few tanks (all...
I have Enkei DM5 wheels for sale, any offer considered, I need them gone.
they are 17 inch 5 lug, will fit mustangs or any other 5 lug pattern.
Wheels are in good shape, one center cap is missing though.
tires have half tread left, "rears" are sumitono size 275, fronts are some off...
I was wondering if a flowmaster exhaust kit from a 1995 cobra will fit on a 1998 cobra, similarly I was wondering if my exhaust from the 98 will fit and work with a 5.0.
I am looking to trade my system and I got an offer from someone with a 5.0 Cobra and wanted to see if it would work.
thanks
I have export fender flares, painted black.
There are a few spots where touch up paint was used to cover some paint chips, but they aren't very noticeable, and wont matter anyway if buyer intends to repaint.
I'm looking for $100, and I would prefer a local sale (central Texas/Austin area)...
I have the SVO side exit exhaust kit for SN-95 mustangs, hard to find items, I have the side skirts painted black, there are some chips and small cracks on the underside but nothing visible when they are on the car. I would like to trade these for the factory side skirts, all 4 pieces in good...
Here are two pictures I took of my car with all the previous owner's mods, for these pictures I actually went to locations and waited for good lighting:
Here is my cobra as of today, new stuff: 95 Cobra R wheels (thanks to fordvicious32v for the good deal), new headlights, SVT badge...
my 98 has the SVO side exit kit with the side skirts, but the previous owner used some kind of nasty glue to adhere them to the body.
Of course, the glue did not hold, and it left nasty crap all over the paint.
How can I get that crap off without damaging my paint?
Here's a pic, sorry...
I pulled my '98 cobra out of the garage yesterday to find a small puddle of oil on the floor, and it dripped the whole way down the driveway. I went under the car and discovered that it was leaking from the metal assembly that the oil filter screws into. There's a hole in it. How does that...
