Here are two pictures I took of my car with all the previous owner's mods, for these pictures I actually went to locations and waited for good lighting:

Here is my cobra as of today, new stuff: 95 Cobra R wheels (thanks to fordvicious32v for the good deal), new headlights, SVT badge (to replace the old on which read: "SV". I also removed the fender flares and will most likely be removing the side exit pipes and side skirts and replacing them with the factory ones.

keep in mind that the new pics are just quick snapshots, when I have time i'll do a proper photo shoot. What does SVTP think?

I love those side exhausts! Looks great but I'll be sneaking over tonight with a cut-off wheel to chop those springs!

Seriously though, once you lower it, you're going to need to baby those side exhaust skirts. I can't imagine how hard/expensive it would be to replace the SVO skirts. Definately go for a subtle drop. And '95 R's are one of the best wheels of all time!

Looks much better now. There is usually someone looking for those skirts and side exhaust so you may be lucky enough to get someone that wants to trade their catback for the side exhaust.

Yea I'd go with what everyone else said, lower it and keep the side exhaust. The Cobra R's look much better than the Wal-Mart rims that were on there before...

Like everyone else said keep the side exhaust and skirt and use the money saved for lowering springs. Other than that it looks sick
