John Reed, the tuner of all of these Gallardos was just at my buddy's shop doing some work. He said these Gallardos with all the mods still drive like a really nice street car even the 1380whp UGR Gallardo R.
My buddy has been looking to get a Gallardo so we're trying to talk him into building a kit and having John tune it, and mayne try and give UGR a run for their money! : )

Rolling your eyes why? You have seen a car on 20" street tires yank the front wheels and are so callused to it that it just doesn't impress you anymore? Is that why??

I def. remember UGR back in the day, we use to have runs with their S351's against the South Carolina guys. We use to meet up at the Ballentine Harris Teeter and these guys would show up balls deep with some cars and we would get a few runs in before the blue lights started showing up. Now those were the good ol' days of street racing in Charlotte, cant do that shit now. They take your shit now, used to just run us off and we would find new spots to run.
