With that being said if you guys (Russ and Malu) want to run when I get my belt replaced lets do it.

I didnt get a clean hit on any of the runs. But Im pretty sure I pulled you on both. The 2nd though I believe is when you lost you belt, I noticed once I passed (was passing) you that you were getting out of it, and then you completely let out and moved off to the right.

Everything ok with the car??

We're not here to debate about David, although he was only on pump that night. He did however change some things up to make the car run right. It wasnt running right in the runs with the viper in the video.

I'd like to run again to see how we fair with a fair hit.

The first race I started in 3rd gear which wasn't so good at the hit for me, but the belt forced that and you were out on me by about ~3 cars. The second race I said F**k it and left in second, from what the spectators in two of the cars behind us say, I was out by ~3 cars when I let out/the belt broke.

I think another run with just us is a good idea. If I'm still on the 6 rib belt I will need a ~70 roll. If its after the end of this month when I will be on an 8 rib any speed is fine, but I'm not sure how close of a race it will be on the new setup.

Hopefully I'll be able to make the saturday meet on a new belt within the next two weeks and we can discuss setting up the race then.

well for the record, i don't recall you quarterbacking much of anything. and i'm not gonna come tell you that i want you to set up a race for me, i didn't see you with a line up card for the night. when an 04 Cobra and 04 Z06 show up from 300 miles away i think it's obvious, then when we are talking about racing that should be a hint. i am not waiting to be behind a keyboard, i was behind the wheel of my cobra and ya'll were more interested in bein on the civic's ****. then i smell C16 burning from the ass end of that skyline and you try to come at me with it being on pump....wrong. i'd crack that 93 cobra's ass no problem so don't come to the parking lot with that noise. i wanted to race and it didn't happen, i'll accept that. but don't call me a crybaby. i'll be back the 17th, i'll unload that b!tch off the trailer and i'll be ready to race as soon as the car warms up. see ya'll then

I honestly had no idea you wanted to run either. I saw you get ahead, but I simply thought you didnt know what the plan was.

We planned the whole run out before even leaving the parking lot. I dont see how you didnt get in on that. We arent usually going to just go out in a group and run a whole bunch of different races all at once, thats how accidents happen.

We like to plan stuff out before we go so we all know the plan. You got in front, and it wasnt part of the plan, and you dont know that road well and wanted to run right into some of the worst curves in the road. No one wants to see that go down.


Also, the skyline WAS NOT on race gas. he does run it from time to time, and like any car that runs c16, for a few tanks after it will smell like there is some mixed in. That car makes north of 500, Im guessing around 600 on pump and north of 700 on race... I believe.

It has been running bad lately, he has to change his plugs out pretty often and in the video agains the blue viper he had bad plugs.

Now if he turned the boost up on pump, thats for him to know, and for us to find out on the street when he pulls away from us. It wasn't for money, so no one should be getting their feelings hurt.

Come back out. Leave the EGO at home, and lets have some fun. We're not running for money, its just fun. We understand you have to drive far, and we'll try to accomidate you.

There's no "again", I didn't get any runs at all. I said a couple times "let's go run these cars on the freeway". Then Bruce said "the cobra wants to run too" when y'all were settin shit up. I recall saying we could go 3 or 4 wide. And Steve, I don't see where your attitude came from. You were cool fri night and now you're acting like I'm talking big behind my computer? Whatever. I had both vipers say they weren't racing that night & the black cobra wouldn't either. Oh well, it is what it is. If you come back out, just let us know and we'll set it up and make sure you get some action. I never heard it, but i wasnt really paying much attention, I was just ready to go. As far as I knew, there was a 3-way lined up for the vette, skyline and my civic, and that was it.

I've never seen someone so cocky and abrasive when it comes to a race involving someone elses car and a race that you didnt even witness. And trying to set up a money race with someone elses car is :rollseyes.
If you feel the need to laugh at my car, and want to get that 93 of yours drug I would be more that happy to accommodate.

Ok, so maybe he was on pump and meth. Either way I think you would agree that his car would not do that to your car or mine at 500whp. You know how fast your car is, I know how fast mine is, I dont think he could do that to either one of us with less than 800whp.

I dont think he has meth. At least I've never heard about it. It would defeat the purpose of running race gas really. Just pump and meth is the same as race gas, actually better in most cases.

This is basically saying his car makes 50+whp less than my car, weighs ~100lbs more, and the outcome you witnessed happened. Its just not a possibility. The very next meet I went to (the next morning) someone said "yeah I heard he makes 800 plus to the wheels." Which coincidentally was the amount I speculated after the race(from the side of the road :nonono: ).
