Watching a block of old commercials from the mid 80's ('87 I believe) I saw the fallout from Al Campanis and his "controversial" words.

William ‘Bill’ Post, inventor of Pop-Tarts, (September 1964) dead at 96

IMG_3407.jpeg

“William “Bill” Post — the man who created the beloved toaster treat Pop-Tarts — died on Saturday, his family announced. He was 96.

At the age of just 16, Post got a part-time gig washing trucks at Hekman Biscuit Company — what would eventually become the Keebler Company.”

Lots of work goes into diesel piston design. I haven't seen many with such pronounced ribs for each hole in the nozzle. Well, intentionally. You can achieve the same effect if you really overfuel it.

It's also amazing how much some of them have been cut down.

Kind of reminds me of the Dymaxion. Just completely outside the box thinking.

I'm going to be very disappointed if his casket isn't shaped like a toaster, and his corpse pops up halfway through the service.
