True, I noticed one named SUSHI and I was hungry. I love SUSHI....almost tempted! HAHA. Well I just put my money where my mouth is, I just bought 500 in dodge to add to the 100 I already had. I was up 20 bucks in 3-4 hours so with the Superbowl Ad on Dodge we'll see! Fun Times! Will have to pay attention to this for a quick sale when the rush is over.

What purpose?

I can sell my rental house and get a 100k check in my checking account within hours.

I mean get rich off it but I seriously don’t see the purpose.

There is a security company that is on the stock exchange now that is the first to be based off a crypto platform. Most of them are designed to have a specific purpose. ETH's purpose is that it provides a platform for other crypto to be created while BTC acts as a current global currency. I heard a fund manager in one of the videos posted earlier talk about how he can pay someone in Europe using USD and after moving through 2 or 3 different intermediaries in just fractions of a second the person he is paying receives their money in their home currency. He also talked about eventually being able to pay salaries with it once it stabilizes which you would be receiving your salary with potential for interest which I thought was interesting. Aside from that, there is the whole contract part where contracts can be written into them and then there are uses for them that haven't even been developed yet. You have to look at it sort of like the internet. I remember first using it and back then most of us had no idea what it would develop into but of course it changed everything.

Yep I can kick myself when I sold all my Doge about 1 hour ago. Then I saw the Super Bowl ad and realized it was going to pump like crazy. So I bought back in but with 4000 less Doge. But in dollar terms it was the right thing to do for now since it keeps climbing in value. It's up by around $800 since I bought back in. Timing these runs is a bitch and greed gets you!

What time is that Super Bowl ad airing? Or are they playing it throughout the day? I don't watch these events on TV.

I'm not even sure but we're heading to a SB Party around 6 so sometime within a few hours after that. Don't feel bad, it's only based off hype but money is money. I keep hitting refresh and it keeps climbing. Now I'm curious when to sell of if to say let it ride long term. I can afford to lose it all...so who knows. I maybe just let it pump then convert it to ETH.

As long as DOGE remains in the spotlight it is going to keep going up simply for how cheap it is. I bought more earlier today since it was obviously on the rise and to get a nice round 2000 shares and it is already up since I did that. I think it will keep hitting for a few more weeks until that popularity fades or someone major cashes out and causes it to fall dramatically in which everyone else will probably follow suit and that will probably be it for DOGE.

Yes, I don't think most really realize how revolutionary this technology is. Long term will have much more effect than just a currency.

I'm not sure even the experts realize the full potential of it, possibly not even the creators either, but regardless it is having that impact to where it just keeps growing and is defying the odds no matter what anyone says. I'd rather take the risks on it now than let it slip through my fingers and regret it later.

Another perspective.
The RICHEST man in the world is putting 8% of his companies balance sheet in bitcoin.

I'm beginning to buy into the black hole theory.

Even Doge is almost to .09
Yeah I messed that up, bought 500 at 7 and sold in 6’s. I surely thought it was dead if the Super Bowl didn’t jack it up. I’m up 700 since the super bowl in all my crypto so not worried. Hell I may have made more buying ADA with it than leaving it.

No that is incorrect from the info I have seen. The Bitcoin price peaked around December 17 2017. On coinranking.com the price was around $19,500 on that day. Some exchanges went higher.

Then the futures started trading on December 17th and the BTC price started dropping right after that. Go look at the charts.

Bitcoin debuts on the world's largest futures exchange, and prices fall slightly

yeah my mistake...i was using the timeline of when CME "announced" it was doing btc futures...which was when btc was $7k

What's your guys take on the "lifetime rewards" on Coinbase? With enough funds could it be a risk free long term investment?
