I just got back from my in-laws where we made a fresh batch. I ended up bringing a little over a gallon back. The hydrometer is showing the last distillation that we bottled at 175 proof. So... Of course I need to cut it. I will probably take half of it to 100pf, and the other half to 65pf. But I am waiting for a new hydrometer to be delivered before I resort to shooting from the hip. Basically I flew home with a bomb from Texas...LMAO!
