Question.
If Mr. Floyd wasn't resisting arrest would he likely still be alive today?
Another question.
Does anybody really think these cops intended to kill the guy?

The situation is very unfortunate but hardly murder.

Yup kind of like how liberals are anti liberty.

With 17yrs in LE and literally thousands of arrests, I can answer.

Everything that happened leading up to him being in cuffs and subdued is 100% irrelevant. It doesn’t matter if he stole a pack of gum or shot someone in the face. Once the subject is under control and compliant, the use of force stops or only is applied enough to control the subject further.

I couldn’t even watch that video. It literally baffles me that NONE of the other 3 officers took charge and said get him up.

Ask yourself this: would a normal/non LE stop and think “gee, this guy with 600lbs of weight on his body says he can’t breathe. Maybe we should get off?”

Of course they would.

And LE ALL know about positional asphyxiation. You can suffocate someone, especially a bigger guy, just by cuffing them and leaving them on the ground.

So ya, I think the main guy knew he was killing him. Guess the other three were too cowardly to take charge.

He was on the ground cuffed when the officer put his knee on his neck. No resistance. Your argument is irrelevant.

He was charged with Murder 3. Intent isn't required.

And if you think anti-fascist are fascists (which, honestly, how?) then Im not sure you know that words have actual meanings.

I haven't watched the video. But are you saying you believe that the officer intentionally knew he was killing Mr. Floyd?
And you never answered my first question. Yes or no do you believe Mr. Floyd would be alive if he didn't resist being arrested?
We either live in a civil society of laws or we don't. I believe this outcome was the byproduct of a person resisting arrest. Was Freddie Gray the cops fault too?

Show me where he was resisting. From the point of arrest, he was put in cuffs and walked away respectfully with officers. What happened next seem to be unknown. Maybe he tried to run? Maybe he just mouthed off and they slammed him to the ground? None the less, he was on the ground and NON resisting.

You mean you don't know how antifa, the group that shuts down people from giving speeches, assaults people that have differing view points then them, harass and intimidate people in the media at their house and their family aren't fascists?
Then I'm not sure you know the meaning of the word son.

So you're going with when they were walking him to the cruiser to put him in the back they just decided to throw him on the ground and crush him for shits and giggles. Ok cell phone boy

Call me names but videos don't mean shit to me anymore. Remember Nick Sandoman (sp) and the indian outrage? Or the 10,000 examples of manufactured outrage. I'll wait for the body cam footage to be released. I'm not defending the cop either. I'm just saying we have laws, we have courts to decide justice.

Dude you have been refuted by actual LEOs on the use of force here. And unless you’re cool with cops being judge, jury, and executioner then your words have no leg to stand on.

Many are now reporting these riots are being instigated by Antifa.

Seems like he is grasping at straws. He's still going after the umbrella guy. You can't have a white asshole come prepared to cause shit? Now he and others are picking up on supposedly an undercover cop who claimed he was with CNN. Everyone is all "see, the cops are going in to cause violence." Based on what? To me it would make sense to send a black officer into the crowds so he can report back with where the violence is headed, if anyone has weapons, etc. Literally every other person is live streaming, so said undercover cop easily could be a well to inform other officers. Plus the "where is everyone getting bricks?" I saw people using a baseball bat last night. I saw someone in Portland using what looked like a bike lock (which makes sense as all those hippies love bikes).

That's not what I said. Would Mr. Floyd be alive if he hadn't resisted arrest?
And no one should be judge, jury, or executioner. That's why we have laws and courts. And LE should be held to the highest standard. There is nothing worse than a bad cop, for everyone.

More likely...he was back towards the cruiser, probably mouthed off a little, maybe tried to turn around a bit, they deemed that resisting and then played pile on...FOR 10 MINUTES UNTIL HE DIED!

If you're trying to defend that, I'm done replying to you.

You would believe that because you are that kind of..................

And how does that work out when your life is snuffed out at the scene?
You see there is an investigation first. Then it is decided whether to bring charges or not. Then you have your day in court. You should payed attention more in school.
By your logic if I go out and a cop tries to pull me over but I decide to out run him because I'm claustrophobic and end up dying of a heart attack because of the excitement then its the cops fault. Got it.
