Okay man, we get it. You don’t like the look and therefore want to shit on the car.

No way that after all the information that has been spit your way, you still fail to realize that the wide body HC is more than just stick on flares. No way you can’t grasp that.
So they added fender flairs and tied it in with a front and back bumper....or what?

Looks that way, but if allowing for wider tires then not the case...obviously.
Oh I was just being sarcastic. It’s a clean application of a fender flair and the sheet metal under it has been changed to all room for the wheel and tire set up.

I bet one of these would be fun with some better track oriented tires. Even for being big as a boat it would be a hoot to toss around a track

Lol at people trying to discredit it and say it’s not a wide body. The body of the car has been augmented to be wider then its previous variant.

It sounds like the same people who cry that the new Supra isn’t a Supra lol. People get so caught up in wanting to just discredit anything they can these days.

There was obviously cost reasons behind the flairs I’m sure but they were also executed beautifully in my opinion. It would be like getting upset that ford has kept the older style head lamps on the gt350 and GT500’s. Obviously we know why, because the existing mount panels were able to be utilized with out further cost to change.

1. Agree 100%

2. The Supra ISN'T a Supra, it's a watered down crap-tastic BMW Z4 in a different suit. Nothing about that car is Supra _OR_ Toyota except the badges on it. Toyota was either lazy as shit or broke as shit. That being said, the chassis handles well and im sure its a really fun car, its just not a Supra.

3. Agree 100%

That looks tits brother.
Wait till the Redeye version comes out and a 4 door sedan puts a hurting on many, many stock cars out there.

Agreed

Still the fastest 4 door sedan in stock form. Hits 196 MPH too. Awesome.
I wonder how much faster/quicker the Redeye version will be?

I think my car was/is tested to 201. I could be wrong, nor would I want to go that fast. Probably a combo of a little less weight, cleaner aero, and less rolling resistance from the thinner tires. Anyone want to buy a 200mph sedan?

Simple fact is tacked on “fender flares” don’t make a wide BODY. The fenders should be re-cast to make the rear wider without the need for tacked on flares. Dodge chose to add tacked on, inexpensive flares and sucker the customers into paying $6k for a “wide body” package. Hell, I get that there are those who like those flares. Others don’t and see that Dodge took the cheap route while still charging a hefty premium for the exclusivity of the “package”.
