I am looking at a 2019 scat pack charger and had a deal pretty close to being done this past weekend except the passenger interior door handle was not working correctly. When the door was opened, the handle wouldn't return to its normal position and the door would not latch properly. The car was taken to service where I was told they needed to replace a pin in the handle. This made me nervous as I don't like interiors coming apart as it opens up opportunities to rattle. Anyway, handle is fixed and they said it was repaired without pulling the door panel. I was going back into look everything over again today and now a door ajar sensor is on the dash as a result of something they did with the repair because it wasn't on the other day when I looked at it. It is getting looked at again...
So now there are two issues on a brand new car that has a total of 6 miles, 3 of which I put on when I drove it. I know these are not necessarily major issues, but I also don't like the prospect of shelling out big money on a new car that has any issues before I even get it..
What would you do?
