So you're saying you forgot how to drive or got lazy? lol jk
I still don't know what I'm getting next.

No drama. It's so simple that someone eating while driving can do it. And it's not that I'm lazy, well maybe, I'm after a slip not the drama that goes with getting it. I think it would go 1.5x 60ft on mt SS's.

"I can tell you what I was told by multiple people at Mickey Thompson on running their (Street Drag Radials).
This came from Management ............
Terry, if you are going to drive your car on the interstate as you have indicated at sustained speeds of 70-75-80 MPH.
The drag radials will just basically MELT from the Summer-Heat.
They are Not meant for that sort of driving.
We made them for a guy that lives within a short distance and driving time to go to the Drag-Strip.
Make some passes and able to drive right back home with out having to change Wheels & Tires.
You wanted a Matter-of-Fact answer so I'm giving it to you .........
Best Wishes,
Mickey Thompson

What I would like to know is how did the MT ET Streets S/S tires get D.O.T. approval for street use when they melt running on the highway?

How can Mickey Thompson advertise the ET Street S/S as "A street tire that can be driven on the track" without stating you cannot exceed 60 mph for longer than 10 minutes or tires will melt?

it seems that critical thinking isn't a skill set most of those fellas have.

The problem is you never really know who is just being a troll or seriously trying to give this much bad info. For skin n bones making a YouTube video and explain lug nuts and now something as ridiculous as thinking MT DRs don't compare to a continental tire. He needs to be slapped back into reality. It's so hard not to call these people out and still try to be respectful about it. It's so easy to hurt people's feelings.
