Was bored last night and forgot I had 10lbs of wings. So soaked them In a chili/habanero/lime brine overnight. Now 2.5 hours at 275 and i think we will be ready

Your idea of grilling is simple, like mine. Burgers (and hot dogs)! LOL. I like lean burgers cooked medium rare with crushed pepper to season, topped with a nice thick slice of garden tomato, Vidalia onion and lettuce. Yum! We're going to do some simple grilling when we get home from the shore this afternoon. Yum!
Bison burger for the wife. Bacon cheddar shroom burger for me. Topped with pepper jack cheese.
