Whirlwind of a day...went from "wait to order a MY18" to "**** it take my money". Long story short a dealer that initially told me they had no allocations "actually does". So put down a deposit on an MSRP order. We will see in the coming days/weeks whether it pans out or not. Hopefully it's true AND hopefully I'm home to pick it up as opposed to my wife doing it for me.

Shout out to @13COBRA and @black99lightnin Nick for being an upfront dealer (I will one day buy a vehicle from you) and Rich again I apologize, hope I didn't mess up your relationship with your dealer.

Good luck, man! I've seen those two items screw a lot of people on their deliveries. I don't know what happened with them, but Ford really dropped the ball. Regardless, I've also seen trucks with those 2 options get picked up almost immediately, so I'm pulling for you!

Nah, Helfman Ford in Stafford, TX John Williamson is my salesman. I think at least 2 other members here got their Raptor there at MSRP IIRC.

I'm not saying I don't trust the dealer. But I'm skeptical on them having actually having allocations left. John is going to get me a screenshot of the DORA tomorrow. Maybe Nick @13COBRA can clarify; but can a dealer enter an order into "the system" without an allocation and just hope it gets picked up?

I think I would order without beadlocks and add the ones from the previous generation from the FRPP catalog. I prefer the look of the older ones.

The DORA is printed every morning. Until they get an allocation, it will just show "UNSCHEDULED/HOLD".

Just looked and those wheels are $800 a piece. Granted they do come with the lock ring. Which I would have to spend another $800 to get the rings in my current config.

I haven't priced them, but is that price just MSRP? FRPP is notorious for having a massive markup.
