Yeah I had two sets of lesser quality wheels prior. Never issues.
Did you buy those from AM too? And they worked out great? Interesting.
No SVE drifts from late model
The last set of wheels I bought from AM was in 2005. FR500s for my 2V. Quality issues galore. Cracking, peeling etc

This whole thread is bull crap. You're trying to pull a fast one to get a new wheel on someone elses dime. Yeah, I said it, and that's how I and a handful of others see it. I have kids that have tried to pull the same crap om me, so maybe I've been around the block a time or two. Suck it up and buy a new damn rim and drop it.

First off I've been a member longer than you. So your slander is ineffective. Secondly the conditions in which a said item has a defect is the variable. Determination of fault needs to be researched before anyone can come to a solid conclusion. Being that there was no apparent tire damage or cosmetic damage to the rim it was presumed to be a flaw. How is my argument invalid and I am immediately determined at fault? Am I wrong to bring forth my opinion ? And how I was treated ?
Your opinion is unsupported, that's the problem.
'I don't recall hitting any potholes' isn't going to suffice. A cast wheel like a forgestar is not going to just start melting like the clocks in Salvador Dalis painting. Have you had the tire dismounted to PROVE there was no other damage to the tire/wheel from an impact. I was forced to jump a curb in my last car and the wheel looked EXACTLY like that. No visible damage, but flat spotted. It's YOUR job to show there wasn't abuse (ie pothole) when all information points otherwise. It's not up to the company, and it's ESPECIALLY not up to a distributor.
Point taken. However one would think that a hit forceful enough to do that would have taken out the tire first ? Bubble/blowout ?
A wheel like that should be able to stand up to normal road conditions.
