I sent a couple more emails and of course got no response .i did like the tune I had gotten from him but
I guess he doesn't like me or something since he won't get back to me. It's a real shame I paid 250 for a tune but can't get the benefits of updates or changes . I'll go Lund or someone else from now on. I just Can't deal with small time shops and unreliable people anymore ... Nuff said

he visited the site last night so looks like someone got a smoke signal through to him that the natives were getting restless.

I too messaged him about some help with a tune I had .. I compared his tune to some other tunes I had at the track but on different days/times of the year. I know that plays a huge factor in times (weather, DADA , track prep, ect) but I had more mods and showed quite a difference in e/t's and trap speed.

I can say the driveability is superior to any tune I've had or drove. I feel like dependability is also a plus with Mike, especially if you have an 11 with the know cylinder 8 failure. I did have cylinder failure on number 8, and maybe the tunes I used previously caused that damage but that was the ist paid for that extra speed.

So I guess the bottom line is Mike gives you a quality tune that offers decent gains. If your HP shopping there may be faster times out there but may cost you an engine like it did me. EVERYONE now knows that and that's why you should be patient and wait on Mike to give you a quality CUSTOM tune as well as help the rest of the community by himself. He was kindve a good localish tuner that went nationwide from what I understand. I'm done.

I have heard lots of good things about mike especially when it comes to the autos. that is why I went with him, so if it take a couple weeks to get the car dialed in im ok with that. of course like everyone else I prefer sooner lol.

It seems like this happens a lot. Excellent up and coming tuners start getting mentioned. And then they get in over their head a little bit. Which is to bad, you want to see a good tuner, or a good shop get established and recognized.

The loyal customers know that. It's the ones that bitch and cry because they haven't heard from their tuner in a week that give them a bad name. Maybe he's extremely busy. Maybe he has personal stuff going on, who knows. You got a killer email tune for what? Idk what he charges, probably $200? Where some hack shop on a dyno would probably half ass it charge you the same, if not more and send you on your way.

Be patient people.

I 100% agree with you. People sometimes get too way too impatient and the internet can be an extremely powerful tool. For both good and bad. But, I do think a simple reply to existing customers stating you are swamped and/or have personal priorities is better than ignoring. No one should be harped on here; we are all human. Learn and move on.

I don't think any one is really complaining. just recognizing the fact it took awhile. I started this thread thinking someone might know if he had an event or something going on. everyone as said nothing but good things about him in this thread. my main concern was that I wasn't sure if he was getting my emails or not. which he is now and is working with me the best he can he is a big help and has been answering many of my questions that im sure he gets asked all the time. no one minds the wait for a good tune but there was some concern about no feed back. I know things come up. that is why the title is what happened not that he is ignoring his customers as I knew that wasn't the case.

Mike was a super cool guy to deal with in my experience. I'm sure he'll get all of you squared away. It seems waiting is the price we must pay for a good tune now days.

Exactly this! As they say, good things come to those who wait!

I got an email reply from him yesterday, and today. He is usually pretty hard to get a hold of tho. I have been waiting for a cam lope tune for weeks now (although he is giving it to me for free, so I guess I really can't complain).
The one thing I've noticed with his tunes are that he has never given me a revision. He always tells me my logs look great. I feel like I'm basically running a canned tune
