I feel like a fool asking this as it my be obvious to most.... What is the casing on the VMP TVS made of. I put a magnet to it, and first instinct is to say aluminum as it has seems to have no ferrous properties. But it is heavy, heavier than what I would think aluminum is. I am not a metallurgist or rocket scientist...:shrug: lol... I need to know as it will determine what I buy to start polishing this thing.

I'm going to have to get a a/f wideband and date log it then send it in to Justin so he can tweak it for me and run with that tune for because i wont be able to get it on a dyno for a good while

but i will try a can of torco and make a pull with 3.0/4lb just to see.

I was trying to be around 20psi on 93 pump, so I went with 3.2/4lb

but i will try a can of torco and make a pull with 3.0/4lb just to see.

The 3.2/4lb with LTs made 19-20 20lbs.
The 3.0/4lb made 21.5ish

There is always something to add to the list. I am comparing the tvs 2.3 to whipple 2.9 so this is one of the threads that helps people like me make important power hungry decisions.
