I've been watching very closely as I'll have my hellion TT for my 2013 here in june :D

Though I think i'll wait to install when i have the parts to finish out a forged bottom end and get it done in a single swoop.

Awesome Kevin... and I just started going to the track in mine... and I'm looking for more mods already...haha Damn you... I am cheerfully happy about the 115 MPH I got out of the car tho with just the 91 tune in it..

What are you plans for the car when you finish? You going to track it at all, road course of fun sexy cruiser show car?
Sorry Dave. Must have forgot to answer you. I may bring this one to the track. Mostly will be a nice street cruiser like the last one.

I was just thinking the same thing. I decided to get the kit in, get the tune where I want it, then pull the motor and trans and do the converter and trans clutch upgrades at the same time. Good luck on your project!

Coming along nicely Kevin.
Thanks Justin!

Can you snap a pic of the intercooler like straight on? I want to see how low the CORE is in relevance to the bumper support. Cuz I'm worried that it's not going to look right with my shelby bumper. I feel like I need the intercooler to be lower on my car. I really need to see how many inches below the bumper support the intercooler comes down.

My entire opening is about 8.5"-9" but the grille makes up the first 1.5" on the bottom and about 3" towards the top.

Here's a quick Idea of what I mean (I hope this makes sense)...

Here's how my front bumper opening is now is now:

9" high ---------------------
((((((((((((Grille))))))))))))

And then below is what I'm worried it will look like once the cooler is installed.

Why replace the manual boost controller? Is it a POS? Or is it just that you want the better controller?
Just for convenience. I will most likely get it when I swap the motor. For now I will leave this as I won't be able to turn it up much anyway.

Got some more finished this afternoon.

I put the air deflector back in, but had to trim the bottom a little.

On the drivers side, I had to leave the air deflector off. Also, one of the brackets for the front grill support would not fit due to where the tube runs from the intercooler.

8873565740_ed0b1fbf4f_o.jpg

So I decided to fab up a small bracket real quick to take care of that. I used some aluminum flat stock I had laying around.

In just a few minutes I had this. I reused the stock bolts and fasteners.

Then I put the front bumper cover back on. I know some people were asking about fog light clearance. No problem at all! It's not even close!

The pipes and intercooler tuck under the front bumper perfect!

That's all for now.

Great progress! Surprised no one else mentioned the bracket not fitting before. Glad to see the foglights are no issue though

I received my fuel system!

Fore Fuel Hat with (2) Walbro 465 pumps.

It hooks up to the factory cross over.
8997741368_5897c67f72_o.jpg

I opted for the triple hat. This will allow me to add a third pump if I choose to later on. Also, you can see the new hats have no fuel hose in the tank. The pumps slide into "Modules" designed for each pump and are sealed with Viton O-Rings. You can see where the third pump is plugged off.

Here you can see where the wires are sealed as they go through the top hat.

Here is the fuel rail kit. Simply stunning!
8996554723_09d6baa8bb_o.jpg

I opted for the fuel filter with 10 micron stainless element and billet mount. This also comes with install screws and plug. A nice touch.

I also decided to get the fuel pressure gauge as well.
8996554813_89526d8c1c_o.jpg

The system came with (4) 90* swivel fittings.
8997741694_3e6e8186d8_o.jpg

They seal with O-Rings.
8996554901_262a06f57d_o.jpg

Here you can see where the hose connects.

8996554951_0e45a82628_o.jpg

I am going with "New PTFE" -8 line with "Black" inner hose instead of the "White" clear. The white apparently can discharge small electrical "Arc's" over time which can cause small tiny pin holes over time. The new black is "Aircraft Approved".

For wiring I chose to go with the "FC3" controller. It allows very easy hook up and was specifically designed for this fuel system.
8996555207_0daf29430a_o.jpg

It comes with 4 Gauge wiring for power and ground.
8997741808_f4ecb5a0cc_o.jpg

It also comes with 100 AMP inline fuse.

Now I just have to install all this!
