I'm very interested to see pics of the ones that are installed straight instead of crooked  Great work, I may be interested.

I currently have a 98 cobra, just got done rebuilding the motor with forged parts and C heads with 01 intake, but I like the looks of the old B head intake better as well. I'd be interested in one of these (seriously. would pay up front) if it won't cost me any power losses. Its stroked to 5.0 with 8.5:1 compression, built for turbos later on, I'm almost thinking there could actually be a slight horsepower gain with this setup over the 01 upper if under boost as well. Add me to your list of people interested, I'd like to see some numbers to back it up, if there isn't a big power loss I am in for one.

I dont think you could clear, but it wouldnt hurt to hang on to it to try. How thick is the spacer?

im also considering buying a regular v6/gt hood. Use the spacer, and have the upper intake stick out of the hood. I'd have to cut the hood of course. I haven't measured the spacer but its not much. Less than 1/2"

Valve covers all fit between 96-04. So it really just depends what you want to go with. My 97 cobra has b heads and uses coil on plugs

I knew they fit on the heads, and I knew there was a COP conversion for the B heads, but I didn't realize you could use the B head ignition on the C heads. I thought there was a fitment or oil seal issue. Learn something new every day.

fitment of what? Spark plugs are different Motorcraft part numbers between 98 and 2001, but other than that everything matched up

All 4v valve covers can be used on any 4v heads.

That would be hideous; don't do it.:nono:

There would be no benefit in using the spacer with the B upper.
