What you said is true but ten years ago my friends Grand National was just as streetable as any one of these cars and would still out run them today. He was making almost 1100RWHP ten years ago. In 2002 he ran 9.0 @159 on pump gas and only 18 pounds. He used to put about 5000 miles a year on it.

That is because a nitro funny car has tires as wide as an entire gallardo... not really a viable comparison.
