depends on the wheel you go with. i have 315/35/20 NT05's on the rear and i had to put cut stock springs on it to keep from running withe and adjustable panhard and support. a couple of other cars are running the same tire with no rub issues at all

I'm getting 19x11 forgestars. I was leaning to the 315 but Im not sure bout the small side wall. I wouldn't mind the 305/30 but I've heard the nittos run narrow.

This is also something that I have been wondering. I'm guessing I'll eventually be going with some 18x10's in the rears and was thinking of 305's at min out back.

Hey

I have a 12.5 wide tire on the back of my car. The rim has alot to do with it.

I also believe the 325 invo is way to tall over 28in.
A perfect size for this car is the 305 30 20 by Toyo T1R.
It's 12.3 wide 27.2 tall.

these cars will fit a 28.5" tire with no issue. mine is actually 28.62" tall, same height as a 275/40/20

I'm running Michelin PS2's 305/35/20 ($456/ea.) on a 20x11. Tire sits 28.4" tall now, switching to 335/30/20 ($568/ea.) which are 28" tall. No rubbing under street conditions, only during extreme loads under turning with added vertical and horizontal G forces added.

I don't think my car "looks like a truck" as someone stated.

Digital you car doesn't look like a truck at all:rockon:
Will the 335 fit the wheel? Will it rub on the suspension parts with out modifying anything? I've looked at the nitto 325 and know it'll fit im just worried bout rubbing in the suspension

The 335 idea has failed because one thing and one thing only. My car is too low. I can't go any more wide than 305 actually. I put my GoPro on my quarter to see how much travel there was, and half of the tire tucked in. That would lead to severe body damage and/or a busted tire and ensuing loss of control, lol. If my car was 1.7 inches taller, like a 1" drop, and if I shaved the bumpstop brackets off, it would work. Oh well. :(

I'm running 315/35/20 Nitto Invos on the rear of my car right now with NO rubbing issues at all. However, I don't think my car sits quite as low as Digital Synapse's car does though. I'm dropped on Eibach Sportlines.

He's on sport lines too. I think he has konis too.

I ended up running a 305/30/19 on my car to get the taller sidewall. I may try a 325 next time.

That's strange. While I have not went as far as putting a Go-Pro on my car to watch and measure suspension travel, I do not notice anything out of the ordinary such as the markings that Digital Synapse showed in his pictures. A lot of guys run 315's on their cars with no issues, so I'm really at a loss for words as to why Digital Synapse is having issues.

I'm guessing a slight difference in offset, also his 305's are almost as wide as people's 315 nitto's:

305/35/20 Michelin: 12.3
315/35/20 Invo: 12.4

I'm running 315/35/20 Michelin's that are 12.6 wide on steeda sypers. I have a very slight rub only on slow right hand turns. It is on the inside of the wheel well (I think shock boot at this point so those are coming off.) Might be able to adjust it out with the panhard but it is pretty damn close.
