you can plumb the bypass valve vacum line into any vacum line, just try to get it as close to the intake manifold as possible. Same goes with the boost gauge if you get one. Some vacum likes have "check valves" in them. If you encounter one of those, your BOV wont get any boost signal.
And abot that A/C line.... Mine was rubbing up against something even before I put the supercharger in... So I had to bend it anyways.
