I go 4-6 times a week.
Trying to get a nurse to relieve a darn painful boner that wont go away? I've seen it in porn so it must be true.

I've only been to emerg twice. First time was my first ever athsma attack (sinus related and now gone) 2nd time was when I got sucker punched in the throat at a bar by a random guy. Had two surgeries for chronic sinus disease, first one was a fail, 2nd time was a charm.

I’ve heard kidney stones before they get to the urethra is some bad mojo.

Pretty excited for my first one. I’m going to break it up with sound waves instead of going to hospital.

My last trip was 2 years ago for the staples when my wife split my scalp open vy “accidently” dropping a shelf I was hanging. Next one will probably be a colonoscopy around 35 (im 34 but finding cancer is prevalent on my dads side).

By the time I got my scan it was about 2 inches from exiting mine. I assume from all the blood and flesh I pissed out it did a good number on me.

In December when 7 of us collapsed long story short: traffic stop, drug dealers, find said drugs, test cocaine cut with.... CARFENTANIL. If your not familiar with what it is you can google it. (Everyone had gloves on)
Hundred times stronger than regular Fentanil and thousands of times more powerful than heroin.

We probably went through 55 packs of NARCAN we all get to the hospital and 2 nurses and a doctor that touched us went unconscious and had to be brought back with narcan.

Ok no more hospital for me. :(

Like some others I only go when I suspect I have a kidney stone, and it's for the medicine (near immediate relief) and to be told if it's passable or not. Kidney stones typically start hurting your lower back and it moves to your side from there. It's the stone moving in the kidney and then through the ureters that hurts the most. And it's excruciating. Once it drops into your bladder, you don't typically feel anything from then on and the act of pissing it isn't typically painful either.

Funny enough, I just went home this past Monday early from work and returned yesterday because of a stone.

Just cutting into it did that?? What the hell is the point of it if you actually did the drug?

Adding to what you said just so people don't think every back pain is a kidney stone: The pain tends to start right under the ribs (in the back) and like you said, moves to the side. Women (pain magnets more than men) say it is worse than natural child birth.

Only times I go to the ER
1.) Item is falling off
2.) Item is bent in a way it shouldn't
3.) Gang green and smells like cheese

I will never call a ambulance, those cold hearted douche bags can eat a bag of dicks as far as I'm concerned.

My wife on the other hand goes to the ER if she feels queasy which costs a shit ton of money and time.

What’s your beef with EMTs? I will say it sucked to be in one with a collar on, destroyed collar bone and one EMT moving my left arm around all crazy. He got yelled at and put in the front seat by the other EMT.

Not the EMT's per say as one of my best bud's is a EMT, it's the companies that I have a problem with. Long story short back in 16 my ol man fell and smacked his head which lead to an ambulance ride which he ended up being "fine" afterwards. Fast forward 3 months and he fell again but got a ride to the hospital where he had brain hemorrhage from the second fall. This trip went from bad to worse and I ended up having to pull the plug on him as was his wishes in his will (POA).
Few months down the road I get a bill from the original fall that required an ambulance. The company waited until my father didn't have insurance (death) and after some researching via a family friend (nurse) the company tacked on a bunch of procedures that NEVER actually happened and came after me as I was the executor of his estate. In short I told them to **** off and I actually contacted the MA AG who found out this company has been doing this for years.

Because of this I will never step foot into a ambulance, I would rather bleed all over my truck and whither in pain on my way to the hospital.

I try not to rush to the hospital, or the doctor for that matter but if I have to go I usually try to schedule a doctors visit and go from there. My wife on the other hand freaks out any time anything is going on and wants to rush to the most expensive place we can (E.R.). We were just there a few weeks ago because my son had a fever and she panicked and we took him at 11:00 at night. Was told on the phone probably just a reaction to his medication for his ear infection. E.R. doc says the same thing, we go back home. Big ass bill awaits in the mail.

I was at the beach last summer and had some abdominal pain that I put off while I was there, honestly I just thought I was constipated lol. My wife kept telling me to see a doc I said nah and finished my vacation and went back to work. First day back at work I could barely stand I was hurting so bad. Still skipped the E.R. and went to the regular doc the next day. Turns out I had a pretty bad case of diverticulitis and should have been seen way earlier. Oops, guess sometimes the wife is right lol
