What's For Dinner Thread

Had some leftover pork tenderloin so I made two oven baked burritos out of it with onion and jack cheese. Had it with chips and salsa and a Molson.

Lunch today at Salt and Lime in Raleigh. Surf and turf burrito with an appetizer trio plus a few pours of some tequila to wash it all down.

Meaty marinara with peppers, onions, black olives, fresh garlic, mushrooms, fresh basil and oregano. Been cooking it since noon, with garlic bread. All made from scratch... 5 gallons worth.

Wife made some homemade Ravioli. Flour, fresh eggs from her chickens, tad salt and oil. Inside spinach, green onion, garlic, parmesan, red pepper flakes. Topped with tomato sauce.

Plus enough for lunch tomorrow.

So hear me out...I love Tacos...I mean...we all do. So I made Taco Spaghetti for lunch....YES. Hamburger meat, thin spaghetti, taco seasoning, fresh cherry tomatoes, , can of diced tomatoes and peppers, fresh garlic, pepper, splash of lemon juice, some hot sauce.....I'm pretty ecstatic about it.
