'69 Ford Torino. Maroon. 3 speed w/ shifter on the steering column. Got it when I was 15 and a half and painted racing stripes on it in the garage.

IUP99snake,
That brings back memories. We did a similar thing with a buddy's car. He was going to junk it so we demolition derbied it in the woods. Then into the canal when it would barely run.

1974 Firebird blue with a white vinyl top. Got it for 600 when I started art school. Ran great, needed major body work. Sold it for 125 four years later.

84 Ford LTD wagon 3.8 liters of raw power lol My grandfather bought it for me from a friend for 300 bucks. Damn thing would get you anywhere you wanted to go, it just never seemed to get me back home  Water pump went out on the way home from a hunting trip, had the Ford dealer in Dublin, TX fix it only someone decided to fill it back up with straight water on a day when it was 20 degrees so it broke down on me again about 20 miles from home. Never ran right again after that lol

Sorry Scoriox the '93 2.3 only had 100 HP. It had about 120 lb.ft. of torque though. And my firts vehicle was a '94 Ranger with the 4.0 V-6 capable of mid to low 15's stock. I bought it used for 2500. The salesman wanted 4800 but I found an ad that advertised it for 2500 at his lot.

heheh

My first truck was a super rare 1988 Ranger GT, also capable of those times, but I tossed out the 2.9 V-6 and threw in a 302 :)

Where did you get the underdrive pulleys from? How much did they cost? I have a 2.5, which is the same block as the 2.3, so they should fit. are those dyno numbers from the engine or the wheels? 119 to the ground from those mods is pretty impressive.
