LOL! Jim you never fail to amaze!! I had to look that one up!

Holy Crap!!! You would probably have to mount the gun to a riding lawn mower first so it didn't rip your arm out of it's socket!!

Dude I know that sig is funny but ever since I found out that the jumping dog in the vid died immediately after that accident, I just can not watch it anymore, it's just too disturbing.
I'm huge dog lover, literally... I love all large dogs!
I have to scroll that out of view and then I can't read your posts.
Why not put some b(.)(.)bs up there, instead?

Agreed, not cool. Now a dying spider is another thing.

Found this info on arkive.org
This spider is found mainly in southern England, but has been found in Scotland and Wales (2). In Europe this species has a wide range, reaching as far north as Denmark (3).

WTF?

Shit why'd you have to say that? I wanted to assume that since the other dog was running the truck was going like 10mph and the dog got by with some minor injuries.

How do u know he died?

And I have a huge soft spot for dogs (esp crazy labs cuz thats what I have), so yeah.

BTW I woulda done the same thing, poked the spider with a stick, and relocate him from my house to make sure the dog didnt mess with him. Why kill it? It didnt mess with you and they eat nasty little bugs.

It does kick a bit. Kind of like your shoulder getting hit by a train.

Is this now part of the super secret, end of the world, zombie snuffing arsenal?

You could build and add a little mini cannon that fires a thousand live Brown Recuse at 600 ft per second with a lethal range of 50 yards plus. Just have to get close with your shot.

It definitely looks like a purseweb as others have said. It looks extremely similar to the highly aggressive and venomous Sydney Funnel Web Spider.

Thanks. I do what I can. It was very agressive also. It latched on to the stick and tried to bite at it. Then I ran, fast,.
