Looks to me like hard water spots.

I had the same on my car (black) and used the Turtle Wax Color Cure for black cars. Within about 5 seconds the water spots were gone and haven't been back since.

I have had a few additional instances where I've used the color cure on hard water and it has worked very well.

just a thought...
