I did a lot of searches in a lot of forums and found many happy 3.55 auto owners. I fry my 305/30-19 pilots with 3.15's I can't imagine with 4.10's. unless your most important thing is great times at the track I think those gears would never ever allow you to nail it out of the hole on street tires what fun is that? The main reason to upgrade gears is to climb up the rpm range quicker but that becomes pointless if you are spinning the whole time....

Having 3.73 with the track pack, I would prefer 3.55. Think it's a good all around gear. I usually start in 2nd gear sometimes so I don't waste time with first.
Get what ever gear pleases you the best.
Like I stated earlier I am going 3.55's and I'm Supercharged. If I don't like them I'll sick some other gear in it. No big deal.

I have changed my gears 3 times :beer: there is many setups I see with 3.15-4.10 supercharged running very close in MPH.

I voted 3:15s. The trans is geared ridiculously low in the first place. Casually taking off I'm in 4th gear between 20-25mph. That's low.

I've always had the "Don't fear the gear" mindset when it came to modular motors, but it all depends on what you plan to grow into. Planning an N/A motor? 3.73-4.10s will be just fine. Planning some form of forced induction? 3.55s
I voted 4.10s for a stock motor.

Wtf okay. My friend currently has a 6r80 with 3.15 (I had a 6r80 before as well) and on Invos 305... No traction in 1st. And you guys are saying to bump it up to a 4.10? Holy ****.
6R80 has a 4.17 first gear compared to a 3.66 first gear of a MT82 from a GT. It would be ridiculous to put in a 4.10. 3.31 at most is what I'd recommend for NA. But rather than a gear swap, your money is better spent on a converter and tires.

Okay Guys im debating to swap my Gears i bought a single turbo kit an my car is an 6R80 with stock 3.15s
keep stock gears till after the kit you might find them to be enough
