Installed a gorgeous set of ambers to my 04. As well as did my UCA bushings which quieted down that infamous clunk. As well as removed the isos from my rear springs. An gave her a good wash an detailing.
Working on a ported eaton swap. Just gathering all the components, just need a MAF, TB, BAP, an AFCO HE an then she'll go under the knife.

i am doing front brakes today on my 120k mile vert. just doing pads and resurfacing the rotors

Loaded it back in the trailer to take it back to Tim Barth Saturday so he can do some pulls and load a new tuner. The old tuner disappeared at Modular Power House in Rockford after he had a falling out with Andrew Werkinger (I think that's how his name is spelled), a real piece of work drama queen, anyway, I got caught in the middle of this mess.
The old tuner had the stock tune and a 93-91 octane tunes. I'm screwed without a tuner so I had to get a new one and Tim said he would do it for free because of the circumstances.

Well boys Tim Barth came through today and made 1 pull to load the tunes in and the car picked up 30hp and 25lbs. of torque since the original tune in June of 14. I'm now a member of the 500+ rwhp club.
The conditions today were cooler and less humidity than last time 3 years ago. When I saw the dyno sheet my mouth could have been catching flies.

This was actually yesterday morning. Went to a cars and coffee type meet. The Oldsmobile is my son's. The 10th is my buddies. And the Audi is my cousin's husbands. Was a fun time.

Finally got my hood today!! Needs adjusting tho. Pretty big gap on the driver side. I have hood struts with a bracket and looks like there's barely any room for adjusting. If anyone has gone through this experience tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!!
Picked up my replacement rears yesterday. Pretty excited to get them on with the rest of the parts I've been piling up! Got a 3500 mile road trip coming up soon, so I better get er on the hoist lol

Washed her.
Installed new catback exhaust yesterday in the garage, and two new rear tires Friday.
Magnaflow "street" version. It sounds exactly like I wanted it to. My last Mustang was a '92 5.0 five speed LX that had Flowmasters, and this sounds much the same, only more better.
I'm an old dude that grew up in '60's muscle cars, and I like that old school sound.

Well found out why my car had been having O2 sensor problems even though I have mil eliminators. The two white wires got melted some how, I had been having stumbling, rich fuel mixtures all the signs of a O2 sensor messed up. I'll take melted wires that can be fixed over a whole new sensor for $80
