MMR built my motor. No core exchange or any discount but they kept all of my factory internals... Literally everything, why is that?

The rods and pistons are garbage and that's probably where they ended up.
Why would you post this on the forum? If you really wanted to know you could just call them??

I know at least in Florida a customer has to be asked if they want stock parts back unless they are needed as a core
LOL. Every builder I know scraps that junk. I've seen skids full of stock parts at Arrington Performance before.
I bet someone on EBAY would buy them.

So much hurt in here. OP clearly lacks communication skills, and why it's posted here is my guess as well. You would think you would call, or PM the person who just built your motor and ask..
And on a second note, why would you ship your motor with pistons and rods if you want them back. All they need is a crank and block.

Why would you post this on a forum without contacting them? They probably threw them out, which I would have done too. I'll bet anything you didn't specifically say you wanted them when you sent the motor in. If you want a set of stock pistons and rods, I'm sure every mustang shop on here would be willing to ship you a set at your expense.
It is somewhat annoying to see posts like this. It's like an implication that they did something wrong. And even if they did, you should have contacted them before posting it on a forum.
