I have a full bolt on GT and its time to replace my clutch . There are so many out there that I dont know which to get..my car is not a daily driver I drive it maby every other weekend, what clutch do yal recommend .

spec stage 2.
im with him^^^^ I put a spec stage 1 in my bolt on GT but wish I would have went to a stage 2
so stage 2 is good then. where did yal order the clutch from and how much?

yup stage 2 got it on my car and i love it its full kevlar and will last a very long time also it holds like a mother

no problem i bought mine direct from spec but i think american muscle has them and are cheaper than buying direct from spec:beer:
You don't need the spec stage 2 go 1.
the stage 1 will get the job done no problem but if he decides to put a power adder in the future he will be good to go with the spec 2

my spec has been just fine, as well as other people I know with GT's and cobra's.
I bought my spec stage 1 local since it was cheaper than online for it
yup my spec works flawlesly who ever says spec is crap dont know a good clutch

I have a spec II and love it. I would say Spec I if you are done modding(powerwise) and II if you plan on more. Either way you cant go wrong. I got mine at Americanmuscle.com.

I've had two Spec clutches, a stage one and stage 3, the stage 1 worked great, however i feel due to the puck style design of the stage 3 it made for trouble of smooth engagement
I have a SPEC 3+ and their billet aluminum flywheel, I am very satisfied with the performance.
I have a built 99 GT with a Spec stage 2 clutch. I love it and haven't heard of any problems with them around here. Spec clutches are top notch in my books.
