Well it looks like the stock battery wont hold a charge anymore. It is 6 years old so it's due. I dont like f-n around with the battery. They always quit at the worst possible time. Does anyone recomend or not recomend a certain type of battery. Also, has anyone relocated the battery to the trunk? What kit did you use and with what battery? Thanks in advance..

I would stick with the OEM. It's excellent!

Yet another OEM vote here. Great dependability/longevity.

I've been told stock, so that's what I got. Never had a problem with it. Mine died at 6 years, 2 of which were spent sitting up in a garage (non consecutive).

Optima Red Top here. I have been running them since 2006. I have duralast Gold tops in my truck. It's all what you prefer. Any battery will do.

So quick question for you 'gents. I have a battery relocation kit and the stocker won't fit in there now, so what battery would be the best choice to go with?
