Where did you get that big cobra snake on the wall? Thats bloody awesome hah

I made it actually. Got a good friend that works at a vinyl shop and I'm a graphic artist so I do all sorts of custom stuff like that. I made the big 12' SVT banner on the wall too. There's also a 5' pony logo on another all and a 5' Ford oval on the opposite lol

go go go go!!

take some 'in progress' shots!

What's your goals power wise?

Hoping for over 625 on 93 and over 700 on e85

Thanks man! I'm going to be uploading a few process pics later tonight. I've got the blower off tonight and will start putting the TVS on tomorrow. Fuel system Sunday

Just be ready to shit a little in your pants when you get on it the first time.....it's ok. It's worth it

Oh I'm ready. Been collecting parts for this swap since January. :read::coolman:

Few new pics of the build

Eaton is off. I noticed when pulling it off that there was a good amount of dirt that had collected under the lower intake and around the gaskets. Make sure you vacuum out your runners and the top of the valves before putting it all back on. Some dirt fell into mine when trying to get it all off. :uh oh:

Some silicone for the intercooler. I was able to get all the bolts out without breaking any. Go VERY slowly when you're doing these and take your time. If you feel too much resistance spray some WD40 on there and back them back in a bit then back out. You can also heat them some to break the thread lock loose.

Heres what I did for the bottom boost port on the blower. This will go to the bottom port on the blower and go to the top BBV, FRPS, Factory boost line on passenger side firewall (yellow) and the FPR if your using a return system.

This hose goes back to the FPR if your return style and hooks into the bottom boost port of the blower

Here is the top vacuum port of the blower. Take one of the red lines and cut it and cap it off. Take the other and tee it into the AC and EVAP lines.

Onto Lethal Return wiring! Here is what I did in the trunk to wire up the Budget Return

I ran it through the cabin like this. There is a plug just the right of the driver side backseat that makes a perfect pass through. You'll need to drill it out a bit to pass the wire through. Be careful not to cut it when pulling it through. You can run it along the door panel sill and behind the kick panel afterwards. Pass it through the big grommet on the firewall to the right of the clutch cable.

Regulator mounted up! I decided to run it in a deadhead setup to the oem rails to help with the heat.

Great job! I love seeing pictures. I'd really suggest getting some subframe connectors on there! All that added power you don't want unwanted flex!

Agree 100% on the subframe connectors. I added them during my tvs swap and could tell a huge difference.

looks good. that egr tube looks like its resting right next to a rubber vac/boost line? may want to look at that to make sure it doesnt melt anything. i second the subframe install. you have alot of new found power there just waiting to twist up that chassis. good luck at the tuner.

You can disconnect that egr tube from the manifold and cap it off down there. It is easier to do with the h pipe off which is sometimes a bear to get off. I had a bassani so I got away with just taking that section out. I found good advise in sticking a wrench in the egr tube to help in pushing it out, it is a bit tight in between the fire wall and engine.

What was the reason for leaving the egr tube in place? Emission testing?

No reason really I just haven't bothered with it yet. I looked at it last night from underneath and it was rusted on pretty good but I may see If I can get it loose after spraying some oil on it. I would definitely rather it not be there if I can work it out of there.
