1.33 60! Stock Converter!! Running 5s in the 1/8!!!
Congrats, hell of a car you have there. Theres a couple of you TVS coyotes that are set up right.
Thanks man! I don't have any secrets. I'll mention some things and if you have questions or want clarification, fire away. I'll answer any questions. Here are things I feel contributed to my 60' beyond having 800+ rwhp.Great run!!! Any secrets you want to share with us guys who don't really want to go for a converter?
Are you footbrake launching with the shifter in the "D" position and just mashing the throttle with Ken controlling the shift points in the tune? He said on another forum that he drives the A6's like this..Thanks
I foot brake as high as possible without pushing the car through the beams. This has always given me the best 60's.
The better the air that day (provided the track is prepped well), the more power the car makes and the more potential you have to 60' and run a good number
Hey bro I gave you some love on a thread on Yellow Bullet. Bunch of Hellcat fan boys saying how great this car was that ran 9's with a bunch of mods. I attached your pics hope you don't mind? Feel free to chime in...Yes, the shifter is in Drive. I leave it there and let the computer do the shifting.

E85 fuel
A tuner who will make it happen. If you aren't a current customer of Palm Beach Dyno, just switch. His expertise made this possible.
A cold car (run it as little as possible before you make a pass)
An ice tank (low Iat2's = more power everywhere including launch and 60')
An excellent tire
Knowing the correct tire pressure (for my car and this tire, that is 17lbs, which I found by practicing launches at the track)

Other basics:
Max tire pressure in front tires
Clean pulleys (you can't be the guy with tire shine everywhere under the hood)
Fresh belt
Hasty Bracket for belt wrap
Datalog every pass (so you can send logs in for tune revisions and so you can play detective to see why you went fast/slow)

I'm the exact same way.. never played the "secrets" game.
