Thanks everyone for the interest and kind words.

Getting things cleaned up. Oven cleaner does wonders for aluminum. Gave the turbos and hot side the BBQ paint bath. We’ll see how it holds up, ill probably get the hot side ceramic coated with swaintech white lighting or jet hot 2500. Also painted the oil pan and added some new an fittings for the turbo drains. The ones from the HP kit were in the worst spot possible.

Oil filter mount

Got the harness dressed back up and test fitted before i loom it back up. Also using a harpell auto fab fuse box mount. Ill either mount it to the horn mount or down on the frame.

Few things i hate more than making brake lines. Luckily these are out of sight behind the engine. Ill redo them down the road if and when i pull the engine.

For the abs delete i converted my proportioning valve from a two port to three port. Also i rotated it 90 degrees to make routing the lines easier, all of the mounting holes are there to do that.

Can you share info on your intake setup. It looks like a Sullivan lower but not sure what upper you used.

Its an edelbrock 4150 elbow, #3848. You have to run at least a 1/4” k member spacer to clear it. Fits a 90mm tb and can be mounted forward or sideways.

Small update:
Ive been working on wiring mostly, extending the injector wires and relooming. Also got some AN plumbing done.

Used expandable braid then wrapped it in factory non adhesive harness tape.

Mounted the fuse box to the frame.

Crappy picture, but it shows how the harness runs under the upper core support across the radiator.

Made a spacer for the oil filter mount so the fittings dont hang below the lower core support.

Here it is mounted as well as the oil lines and turbo drain lines ran.

Progress Update:

Ive gotten a good amount done since the last update, but not a lot of it is picture worthy.

I wasn't happy with the engine harness so i decide to start over. I cut out a big portion of the wire to make the harness shorter and fit lower on the firewall. Also i added a connector for the injector harness and Deutsch connectors for the IAT and TPS sensor. This way i don't have to fish a bunch of connectors and wiring through the intake manifold every time i pull it.

If anyone is going to do this the factory terminals are called ford wedge locks. The male re-pops are crappy but the female terminals are oem quality.

Finished harness.

^For the main branch i used braided split loom wrapped in the factory non adhesive tape. The branches coming off that are raychem DR-25.

Injector harness:
This is a holley harness that i modified. Used DR-25 for this also, makes for a slim clean harness thats super durable.

^Rife IAT sensor. These are supposed to respond to temp change much faster than the standard gm sensor.
