Crazy times. I worked at a drag strip in the late 90s, early 2000's and the only thing that would run 9's came in on a trailer or was a Hayabusa.

Exactly. When Terminators or C6's could break into the high 12s with a good driver it was a big deal. Then 11's with a pulley, tune, exhaust and sticky tires on the Terminators, wow!
Now that's all nothing considering that a compact, 4 door, dual motor Tesla Model 3 will smoke a lot of Mustangs on the street, and do it almost silently.
