After last nights amazing:rollseyes weather, today was decent enough to take out the cars. One thing I regret about the 66 is i never got any decent photos of it- already fixed that with the 69! Friends car is '03 #109, stage 4 steggy/bolt ons.

First up, the Cobra

edit: Chevelle now sports a 502, TH400 with a loose stall (not sure what it is exactly), and 3.55 rear. Traction is definately limited on these tires.

Love the Chevelle but it looks like the rear needs to come down a bit.

Thanks guys!

Love the Chevelle but it looks like the rear needs to

I tihnk part of it was the road surface, but also the springs- the PO just used cut ones, rather then a proper spring. I do plan on upgrading to a set of GW springs, but theres some other things on the to-do list first

You have a really fine looking Chevelle SS, Alex. Nice color, too. Did you have to do a lot of work on the body, or was it looking this good when you bought it?

Was this good looking! And its all the original metal

only big changes we've made so far is fixing the springs up front, the new wheels/tires (had rallys)

Really like the Chevelle.

A friend had a brand new SS454 in High School. It was way cooler than the rich kid's Corvette.

Nice Chevelle! Good move ditching the rally's and going with the SS wheels. Thats one of the first things I did to mine (against everyones advice). They now agree with my decision.....

Wouldnt mind adding some aluminum heads and a bigger cam, but right now it drives too damn nice to take apart!
