I thought this might be a cool topic and was wondering if anyone shared my same pet peeves. My top 3 are..

1) When someone hits lock on their key fob until the car honks
2) Opening the door by flipping up on the handle and letting it go so it pops
3) Pulling up or driving away from a restaurant with the headlights shining inside the building

I know they are minor things but they just irritate me

The first two, yes, but the only .02 i will add about pushing the lock button till it honks is, sometimes it simply does not work, and plus its fun to push the button 100x..lol but the headlights on the building idk, havent done that one once or enough to complain..

One that bothers me is when people ride shotgun after i just cleaned my car and they put their greasy hands on the A (or C) pillar when the window is down and get their prints all over the paint so i just have to wash it again...

Surrounded by libetards.
1)Doing 5 MPH over the speed limit in the fast lane.
2)Not getting out of my way when traveling slower than me in the fast lane.
3)Not knowing how to put your ****ing right foot on the accelerator and pick up the pace when you're driving like a retarded snail in the passing lane.

I had a douche in a 2005+ v6 riding my ass worse than I have ever seen so I brake checked the shit out of him. He/she then proceeds to go around me and then cut inches in front of my front bumper to get in front of me. I was in a rental so I didn't even attempt to chase after him or anything.

I hit the button twice so I know its locked doesn't matter if I am in my Cobra or Focus. I haven't really noticed the handle thing and the lights into the restaurant hasn't bothered me before. But things I hate is when people shut my doors by the glass and somehow put their feet on the highest part of carpet under dash that is not the floormat after I vacuumed.

I can't help but pull into a parking space without blinding whoever is in front of me, I have automatic headlights. But sorry that it bothers you.

1. People who can't park their standard size vehicles within parking lines. People who drive raised vehicles I'm a little more understanding of, but still, learn how to drive and park your ####.

2. People who find a way to close my door without every touching the door handle, just anything else around (especially after I just washed it).

3. People who touch my radio. G. T. F. O!

For me I can hear the car lock with one push of the button when I'm walking away. Now if I'm a good distance away I can see having to make it honk to verify. Guess I don't see the need for it otherwise.

Maybe some people's car doesn't always honk on the first push. I know my fiance's Jetta will usually only flash for the first press, then sound the horn the second time.

For me it's when I see someone start a car that has been sitting over night, and then they immediately slap it into drive and floor it.
The oil hasn't even left the pan and they are already doing 50! :nonono:

I literally cringe when I see this happening.

I've gotten in the habit of locking my doors from the inside everytime I get out of the car, I hear the technological theives will wait in parking lots for you to lock your doors with the remote then replicate the same signal to get in your car.

To stay on track the thing that pisses me off most would have to be ppl going slow in the left lane and riding the same speed as the ppl in the right for miles

This. Im not even sure my car locks the passenger door if i only hit it once. Im going to try it now.

It does, hmm never knew that. Isnt it something with the alarm also if you press it and it honks?

People who drive around in their ricer shit boxes cutting in and out of traffic driving like a ****ing 12 year old playing test drive. I literally want to chase them down just to see who it is and stab them.

1. Not signal.
2. Run stop signs
3. Occupy passing lane
4. Putting horrible sounding fart cannons on cars
5. Cras racing in the slow lanes on the right
6. Drivers speeding up in the right line, to block you, as you are trying to merge onto the highway from an exit.
7. Cars riding your bumper
8. Cops not signaling when they drive (great example for all motorists)
9. Drivers who throw trash out the car in the suburbs
10. People who flip me the bird when I blow by them (is that really necessary?)

1) When cars/bikes have "more bark than bite". Loud doesn't mean fast. It just means you like being obnoxious... Unless you can really back all that noise up.
2) lowered diesel trucks
3) Jeeps with giant chrome rims and lowprofile tires

The land of commies and socialists!

THIS!

Or how about when you and a buddy go grab some food somewhere and they put their ****ing drink on the damn roof! OMG that drives me nuts. The last time this happened a friend of mine put his drink on my roof while I had my back turned talking on the phone. Sure enough it left a damn ring and I had to polish it out.

The rest for me would be:
1. Weaving in and out a traffic
2. Prius drivers doing 50 in the fast lane (it happens a lot out here in CA)
3. Spinners (there is a red c5 vette around here with them)
4. Cars that are all show and no go
5. People who speed in a residential
6. Body kits.

1) people that come to an almost complete stop to make a simple turn
2) people who park ether in more that one space or park to close to one side
3) the "gun it don't look highway merge"
4) people that blow by you only to pull up to them at a red light
5) acting like a idiot with kids in the car
6) the "I have an SUV so I can go fast and be save when snowing" mentality

The absolute biggest thing I hate are those Blue bright as hell headlights behind you.
