1992 was the year and I was 8 years old. One of my 2nd grade friends had a father who was a movie buff and a small time actor (commercials and 911 type shows).
I was invited over for a sleepover to watch Terminator and Terminator 2. Buddy's mom made popcorn and gave us mountain dew and we watched Terminator and Terminator 2 back to back on a 60"+ rear projection TV.
Those 2 movies became my favorites after that and are right there even nowadays.
While I didn't buy a Terminator, when I bought my 99 i knew what the Terminator was.
Fun memories.

Pete, there are a ton of very cool statues on that site. All quite a bit of money unfortunately.
