Stupid ? (performance gain from aftermarket coils?)

I know this may be a pretty dumb question, however, i was wondering if there were any performance gains from adding new aftermarket coils?
Im sure the spark will be more precise and more efficient, i recently installed some Accel coils along with some new TR6's. The economy tune up kit from Lightning Force Performance.

If you want to spend money on ignition buy the iridium plugs instead of the coppers. Also if you start having high rpm issues with your engine, put the stock COPs back in.

Aftermarket coils will make no difference at stock RPM levels. If you are going to spin the motor to over 7k rpm you may need to replace the stockers.
