yes
it's very easy to hit 12's in a stock cobra. Although i was too impatient with mine and already did some mods before i tried to hit the 12's bone stock.

I haven't ran it with those mods yet. I'm hoping to go to the track within the next week or so. But the humidity and heat is just getting worse and worse...
My best bone stock was a very lousy 13.1@109 but that was right after i bought the car and was still getting used to it. Plus we still had not so great weather.

Oh, when you track it to the track, let me know what it runs. I can't drive my car for 3 months-long story with the guy I bought it from :bash: . Anyways, i'm just curious to see what my car can do in the 1/4 mile when i'm able to actually drive it without worrying.

Yup, it's even published in several magazines during testing. High 12's

Mine went 13.0 @ 111mph on a 2.4 60'. A decent 60' would've put me in
the mid to high 12's no problem. I only made a few passes then started modding
though.

I hit 12.8 @ 111 when my 03 was bone stock.

I'd imagine an 04 could do the same.

Not bone stock with street tires. A select few have hit 12.4's, a few more with 12.5's. Bobby Adams ran a 12.38 @114.94 with just a drop in K&N. With a Catback, CAI and M/T ET Streets TheYellowCobra ran a [email protected].

Even with drag radials an 11.9 (in Colorado) doesn't seem possible with a bone stock motor. Can Scott (Sambandit) chime in here to confirm or correct the info?

I watched a Mystic Chrome run 12.4 2 weeks ago at the track. I assume it was bone stock.. it had temp tags on it. Could be wrong though
