I am doing a stage 6 ported blower series two welded plenum with matching throttle body with silencer holes filled. For pulleys i will be running 8lb lower with a 3.25 steel stock harley upper. I have the gen 3 killer chiller kit i am running with HE bypassed. Going to run 80lb ford injectors and a 40amp boost a pump with stock pumps. 2400 maf meter. Stock manifolds, mac pro chamber O/R, Borla catback. Car was stock and has 6k on it. Going to try e85 if i have enough pump if not 93 tune. what horsepower and torque should i see? i am hoping for a good 510 horse and similar torque.

500rwhp tops, more torque because of that 8lb lower. You really need a ported dragon and longtubes.

id hope it makes more than 500 horse with no heat soak and 16-17 psi. Considering upper only cars make damn near 500 horse.

True about upper only cars making 500+. Heck, I had a Stage 1 port with a 2.8 upper and made 504rwhp (corrected) and a conservative tune. You should see 500-510 with that setup depending on your tune.

Why did you elect to go with the 8 lb. lower?

ive had 2.76 upper stage 4s before. I just wanted best belt wrap and most torque i can out of the eaton. I wasnt worried about heat because of the KC.I just really wanted to see what a 04 cobra will do for little money involved.

Yeah, the torque is going to kick butt! :)

OP, your setup is definitely atypical, so your numbers are going to be interesting to compare to. Use of an 8 lb. lower is rare simply because it is so much easier to install a smaller upper and an additional idler. Enjoy the gobs of torque! :)

Im ready to see what it will put down. I just hope the ported plenum and throttle body dont hold me back a bunch.

Stg. IV, 8lb/3.10 (18.89lbs boost), KC, Dragon TB, LT's, OEM MAF. Only 17* advance on pump, upping incrementely didn't make more power. KC won't add power but will keep IAT2 down in the 105* range at the end of a pass; therefore, you keep full timing advance. 11.1@127 1.51 60' launching at 3k rpm. Little better 60' and it's a 10 sec. car.
