doh! you beat me to the new thread! ;-) anyway, i still can't get over how much easier your clutch was to work after the spec got put in. it really does feel like how my focus' clutch feels. :thumbsup:

O.K....guess that its just a bad case for some folks in having issues with a bad Input Shaft or the Retainer Sleeve or even both. :shrug: (Sorry)

My car had a Squeeeeeek when i would floor it a bit on 1st gear & come to a stop. Push on the clutch & the Squeeeek goes away. Some times the Squeek would just happen when i push in on the clutch :shrug: Some times the Squeek wont show up at all. Hit or Miss.


So when FORD says " Sorry, we cant duplicate ur issue "

F*%K YOU is what i have to say.....mind ya i had the Squek prior to any track days :kaboom:

But Thank the Lord, i do not have the issues like some.

P. Sorry but i have a bit of chatter

The Chatter is in NUETRAL ONLY.
Chatter noise is gone when i push in the Clutch..... :shrug:
Noise is not some thing that will kill me at all & i can totally live with that. Its only heard inside the car & def. not heard from the outside of the car

The Squeek is still there
Even when i push in on the Clutch the Squeek is still present :bash: :cuss: But this is some thing i will have to review as time comes to me. Hope its like the Stock Clutch were the Squeek just comes & goes when ever it wants & it does not get crazy loud :dw:


When the Car is off & im pushing the clutch IN & OUT u can feel the TOB totally rubbing agaisnt the Input Shaft / Sleeve.....not sure if im visibly seeing that right :shrug: ..... but u can feel it.
