As others have stated it’s a dog stock but will pull a house without breaking a sweat
Upgrade the break pads to a better compound
Beware the engine harness on these, they are notorious for shorts. Fixed 3 in last two years

Typically, where do they short out? The subharness going under the valvcover to the injectors?

The under valve cover harness to injectors is a known failure point, there is an improved aftermarket option
I two additional failures from general run through harness spots near where harness drags on engine
