Is the abandoned space craft photo the same location that housed the giant AN-225 heavy cargo plane that was abandoned also?
Saw a documentary about the place...Mysteries of the Abandoned I think was the show...??

That's a good show. Also some good ones on YT about that stuff. Ends up sending me down a rabbit hole when I start watching that stuff.

Kazakahstan Cosmo spaceport and the reason they was abandon was due to the Soviet Union just going pretty much bankrupt and unable to finish them. Then Kazakahstan wasn't able to field or finish them either so both Buran,s have been in that space assembly building since September 1991. I think both are like 95% complete they just need a few more aviation and space navigation aids added to be complete!
