I was having the same problem, turned out to be the way the BAP was hooked up. It was hooked up pre FPDM per KB's instructions. It was over heating my pumps and shutting them down. Wouldn't happen all the time, only when running through the gears it would happen randomly.
My tuner hooked it up post FPDM and it has been fine for over 2 years now. Glad I caught it before it was catastrophic.
